Are you looking for a role where you'll be trusted, valued and genuinely busy? We're recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join a successful national business in Andover. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and operational support, where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly. No two days are the same.

You'll be coordinating deliveries, resolving queries, managing stock-related administration, producing reports and ensuring customers receive an excellent service throughout the order process. Whether your background is in customer service, administration, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse support or operations, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting customers with order, stock and delivery enquiries
  • Coordinating stock movements and operational activity
  • Liaising with suppliers, warehouse teams and distribution partners
  • Resolving delivery and stock-related issues
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting a busy team to deliver an excellent customer experience
