The opportunity You’ll manage your own portfolio of adviser firms, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner. Working closely with account managers and internal teams, you’ll ensure every interaction delivers value and every outcome puts the customer first. What you’ll be doing * Managing and developing strong relationships with adviser firms * Acting as the primary point of contact trusted, responsive, and solutions-focused * Leading regular service reviews and driving continuous improvement * Handling queries, escalations, and complex requests with confidence * Collaborating across teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients * Managing multiple communication channels (calls, email, correspondence) with full audit compliance * Taking ownership of your workload, deadlines, and service levels (KPIs & SLAs) * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo * Supporting and maintaining robust processes and documentation standards About you You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
