We're looking for a Production Planner to join a growing manufacturing and technology business where you'll play a key role in coordinating production, materials and inventory to ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly by coordinating schedules, materials and inventory requirements across the business.
  • Working closely with production, engineering, quality and supply chain teams, you'll:
    • Build and manage production schedules and manufacturing orders
    • Ensure materials and components are available when needed
    • Maintain accurate BOMs and ERP system data
    • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks before they impact production
    • Support demand and capacity planning activities
    • Drive improvements in planning processes, inventory control and operational efficiency
    • Play a key role in the ongoing development of planning systems and processes

What We're Looking For

We're interested in planners who can bring structure, organisation and commercial awareness to a busy manufacturing environment. You'll have:

  • Experience in production, materials or supply planning
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Bills of Materials
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across a business

Experience within aerospace, defence or other engineering-led industries would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates from broader manufacturing environments.
