The person hired into this role will join the team now, learn the entire operation from the ground up, and progress into Department Head within the next two years as part of a planned succession. For the first six months you’ll work alongside the team, understanding every part of the operation. From there you’ll move into leadership development, professional training and accreditations, preparing you to take on the department yourself. This is a rare opportunity for someone who has the backbone, work ethic and ambition to step up and lead.
The Role
You’ll join a collaborative team managing a large portfolio of live cases across the UK. It’s a fast-moving, reactive environment where judgement, organisation and communication matter. Typical responsibilities include:
