ReQuire are partnering with a purposeful, values-driven organisation based in central Salisbury to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified accountant to step into a key leadership role, shaping the performance and development of a dedicated finance team.
The Opportunity
Working from the organisation's head office in central Salisbury, you will take ownership of end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and insightful reporting. You will also lead a small team, providing structured support through supervisions, appraisals and day-to-day guidance. This is a full-time role (37 hours), offering a hybrid pattern to suit modern working life.
The remit will include:
- Management and statutory accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Annual audit management
- Financial planning and analysis
- Oversight of payroll support, VAT returns and HMRC processes
- Driving continuous improvement across finance operations
What You'll Bring
- Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience managing finance operations for at least one full entity
- Previous line management experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience producing statutory and management accounts
- Advanced Excel capability
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
