You'll be joining a busy, friendly Service Centre, helping customers with their questions, solving problems and making sure they receive a genuinely great service. Some enquiries will be straightforward, others a little more technical, but don't worry. You'll receive a comprehensive six-week training programme to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed. Your day will involve: * Speaking with customers over the telephone and responding to emails. * Listening, understanding problems and helping people find solutions. * Building relationships with customers and colleagues. * Learning about financial products and services. * Working as part of a supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed. Who are we looking for? We're not looking for CVs rich in experience, infact it's all about you and your own skills you bring.
