We are supporting a confidential appointment for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established, multi-site organisation with a strong UK presence and a clear growth agenda. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified finance professional to step into a commercially focused position with genuine influence, exposure, and development.
This is a true Finance Business Partner role, working closely with a range of operational and commercial stakeholders. You will help translate financial data into insight, support decision-making, and contribute to improving financial performance, cost control, and planning discipline across the business. Working alongside senior finance leadership, you will gain hands-on exposure to FP&A, financial modelling, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement, making this a strong next step for someone looking to deepen their commercial finance capability.
Key responsibilities- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles
- Analysing variances, trends, and key performance drivers
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insight
- Supporting KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Assisting with financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Contributing to FP&A process improvements and systems development
- Acting as a bridge between Finance and the wider business
- 2 yearsβ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or business partnering
- Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Strong Excel skills with exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Confident communicator, comfortable influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders
- Commercially minded, analytical, and keen to progress within FP&A
- Clear development pathway under an experienced Head of FP&A
- Broad exposure across a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation
