Requesty is the AI gateway. 60,000+ developers route over 60 billion tokens per day through our platform. We're a small team, the product is working, and the market is moving fast. We need someone who can operate the entire business alongside the CEO. One day you're shipping a product improvement, the next you're closing a partnership, the day after you're redesigning our pricing page.
What you’ll do:
- Own operations: build the systems and processes that let our team move like a company 10x our size
- Drive product: work with engineering on roadmap, onboarding, activation, and features that move metrics
- Build GTM: figure out what channels work, write the playbook, own partnerships and developer marketing
- Be the CEO's right hand: investor updates, hiring, strategic planning, and executing on everything that comes out of those conversations
- Talk to customers and turn what you learn into product and growth decisions
What we're looking for:
- 4 to 8 years across startups, consulting, product, ops, or growth. The common thread is you've built things and made them work.
- You've been at an early stage company before and thrived in the chaos
- Strong product sense. You can look at a flow or a page and tell what's broken. You understand developers. Don't need to code, but you speak the language.
- You move fast, make decisions with imperfect data, and iterate
- You don't wait to be told what to do
- Worked at a dev tools or infra company
- Know the AI/LLM ecosystem and what an AI gateway does
- Been a founder or employee #1 to #10 before
- Have opinions about PLG, pricing, and developer experience
