We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to write, edit, and review product documentation. This role will produce top-quality learning materials, particularly technical documentation, and work closely with our Engineering and Marketing & Content teams. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Web3 and has experience writing technical documents.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing & Content. Relocation support available.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the marketing team.
- Produce copy about complex technical subjects for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Produce technical documentation and infographics.
- Test and update existing documentation such as developer documentation and FAQs.
- Test the product and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Adhere to and update in-house style guide.
Requirements
- Ability to write user-friendly, engaging copy about highly technical subjects.
- Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience.
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer.
- A portfolio of work.
- Deep knowledge of Web3 protocols.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand basic solidity.
- Experience with JS/TS and subgraph is a plus.
- Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes.
- Positive attitude and team player is a must.
