The Opportunity

Due to growth, we are looking to bring on board an experienced Tech Recruitment Leader to join our expanding team. In this billing manager role, you will report directly to the Company Directors, providing strategic leadership and direction to the Recruitment Consultants within your team. Leading from the front in building and maintaining your own network of clients and candidates, you will develop and execute divisional plans and strategies, ensuring that clear goals are set, objectives are met, and targets are achieved.

Recruitment Team Leader – What you’ll be responsible for…

  • The opportunity to lead, manage and grow an existing recruitment professionals, with responsibility for further expanding your team.
  • Leading by example in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Creating and implementing your own divisional strategy.
  • Working with the leadership team on new initiatives and projects.
  • Supporting your team in achieving their own personal and professional goals through on‑desk coaching and training.

  • Proven success as a seasoned Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader within the Technology market.
