Your Role at Reputation:
- Your focus is on providing "just-in-time" support and ensuring our global programs land effectively in the field.
- Support & Execution: Work directly with BDRs, AEs, and AMs to aid in prospecting, deal execution, and renewals. You’ll join deal reviews and pipeline meetings to identify where you can provide immediate help.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Guide new hires through their 30/60/90-day learning pathways, ensuring they feel supported from Day 1 to full productivity.
- Content Delivery: Partner with Marketing and Product to take high-level messaging and turn it into "sales-ready" assets like battlecards, email templates, and pitch decks that sellers actually use.
- Training & Coaching: Lead live and virtual workshops, role-play sessions, and skill refreshers to keep the team sharp.
- Tool Advocacy: Help the team master our tech stack (Seismic, Gong, Salesforce) by serving as the go-to person for "how-to" and workflow optimization.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the Enablement team in EMEA, gathering field feedback to help us iterate on global programs.

- 5+ years of Sales Enablement
- Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered

Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:
Your main HQ is our Liverpool office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
