Your Role at Reputation

Reputation is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage and develop some of our largest and most complex target accounts, often multi-location, multi-region, and EMEA-wide organisations with 250+ locations. The SDR is frequently the first experience with Reputation, so you will need to make a great first impression to qualify leads and identify appropriate next steps. Our successful SDRs are the Talent Pipeline that feeds our sales organization. They are the front line of Reputation’s Sales Team, tasked with representing Reputation to prospect, educate, qualify, develop target accounts, and qualify leads. Our SDRs are high-energy, self-motivated, agile, and able to adapt quickly. In this role, excellent phone and email skills and the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities will be critical. • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Work closely with the nationwide enterprise outside sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts
  • Update prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
  • Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives
  • Additional duties as assigned

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 12+ months experience as an SDR; Enterprise SDR experience is a plus though not required
  • Experience within a Software/High Tech company is a plus
  • Must have experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools such as Gong Engage, Nooks, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred
  • Good working knowledge of the Internet and social media and its influence on business today
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive sales environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Articulate with strong business acumen
