About Reputation

Reputation, founded in Silicon Valley in 2013, is the industry’s sole platform that uses an AI-powered product stack to help companies measure, manage, and scale their real-time reputation performance everywhere. This market leadership is reinforced by significant funding from top-tier firms like Bessemer Venture Partner, Kleiner Perkins, and Marlin Equity Partners, driving substantial annual recurring revenue from Global Fortune 1000 companies, major automotive OEMs, healthcare systems, and top property management firms, with trust from over 250 partners including Google and Meta. Recognized recently as America’s Greatest Midsized Workplaces by Newsweek.

Your Role at Reputation

At Reputation, we’ve changed how companies improve customer experience through real-time feedback and AI-powered insights. As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a high-energy, service-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Liverpool. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Enablement, your mission is to be the ultimate "enabler." This isn’t just about strategy—it’s about helping, aiding, and supporting our EMEA sales teams (SDRs, AEs, and AMs) so they can win. You will be the primary execution layer, ensuring our sellers have the right tools, training, and content at their fingertips to drive foundational change.

How You’ll Shape the Experience

  • Support & Execution: Work directly with BDRs, AEs, and AMs to aid in prospecting, deal execution, and renewals. You’ll join deal reviews and pipeline meetings to identify where you can provide immediate help.
  • Onboarding Facilitation: Guide new hires through their 30/60/90-day learning pathways, ensuring they feel supported from Day 1 to full productivity.
  • Content Delivery: Partner with Marketing and Product to take high-level messaging and turn it into "sales-ready" assets like battlecards, email templates, and pitch decks that sellers actually use.
  • Training & Coaching: Lead live and virtual workshops, role-play sessions, and skill refreshers to keep the team sharp.
  • Tool Advocacy: Help the team master our tech stack (Seismic, Gong, Salesforce) by serving as the go-to person for "how-to" and workflow optimization.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the Enablement team in EMEA, gathering field feedback to help us iterate on global programs.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement
  • Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
  • We need a "player-coach" mentality—someone who values teamwork and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • Execution Focus: A track record of taking ambiguous directives and turning them into practical, usable tools for sales reps.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can explain complex product updates in a way that is clear and concise for a seller.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern GTM tools (LMS, CMS, CRM) and an interest in leveraging AI to improve seller productivity.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while staying organized.
  • Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate

Your main HQ is our Liverpool office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.

Our Benefits & Perks

We believe our people deserve to feel supported, valued, and rewarded both in and out of work. That’s why we offer a generous and thoughtfully designed benefits package, including:

  • Fully funded private medical insurance for you and your family.
  • Life insurance at 4x your annual salary.
  • Company-funded Medicash cash plan for employees and dependent children.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • 21 days’ paid annual leave plus all UK bank holidays, and 6 additional company-wide “Extended Company Holidays” each year.
  • Cycle to Work, Home & Tech Schemes.
  • Pension scheme with Scottish Widows via salary sacrifice.
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Free on-site car parking at our Liverpool office.
  • Free snacks and drinks.
  • Gym membership reimbursement up to ÂŁ20 per month.
  • Opportunities to get involved in giveback and cultural activities.
  • Mortgage Advice Service.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and strongly value diversity within our company. We are committed to ensuring a workplace free from discrimination, where everyone is treated fairly regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
