Repton Security Ltd holds SIA approved contractor status (ACS) for the provision of Security Guarding, Door Supervision and Key Holding services and is proud of its reputation for delivering high quality and consistent service. We have employees who value being treated as an individual human being, not a number. It's hard work and some unsociable hours but you would never have to worry about being paid on time and all our systems are compliant with current UK legislation.

We provide a Mobile Response service to our clients from our liveried vans on patrol every night of the week. We regularly provide door supervision to Derby and Burton sites on Friday and Saturday and also have static guard sites in the Derby and Burton areas. Most of our work is at nights and weekends, with some daytime Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • A current DS SIA Licence (SG SIA licence holders will be considered if they possess the appropriate DS skills or experience)
  • A smart appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Their own transport to get to work
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • We are a 'No Smoking' employer and as such you will not be permitted to smoke whilst at work
  • A checkable employment, education and residency history for at least 5 years
  • If resident at more than 5 addresses in the last 5 years, you must be able to prove residency at one address, for at least 1 year
  • You must hold and be able to prove your 'Right to Work' in the UK
  • SIA Licence Security Guard or above
  • Smart in appearance
  • Fluent in English if not ‘First Language’
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • IT literate – Email, Excel, Word etc
  • Full clean UK driving licence (not essential)

Door Supervisors and Head Door Supervisor required for existing and new venues in Loughborough and Derby areas. This is a PAYE role with associated benefits including excellent rates of pay from a respected Company and sector leader.
