Main Responsibilities
Join our Sports Centre team as a Lifeguard, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment across both the Prep and Senior School pools. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety of pupils, staff, and members while supporting the smooth operation of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming sessions at both pools, ensuring all safety procedures and pool regulations are followed.
- Identify and prevent unsafe behaviour, respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid when required.
- Inspect and maintain poolside equipment, water quality, and facilities to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
- Keep the pool, centre, and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and well presented.
- Attend required training sessions and support wider Centre operations as needed.
