The Construction Engineer ensures the safe, efficient execution of onshore and offshore projects by developing construction plans, managing work packs, and providing technical leadership.
- Oversee safe execution of onshore/offshore construction activities in line with HSE policies.
- Develop and integrate construction plans into site schedules.
- Prepare, review, and manage detailed construction work packs.
- Lead offshore construction supervisors and provide technical guidance.
- Execute pre-commissioning/testing activities such as flushing, cleaning, and E&I tests.
- Drive digitization efforts with electronic work packs and progress reporting.
- Ensure quality through audits, inspections, and compliance with standards.
NVQ/C&G in construction or technical discipline required. Extensive construction and project delivery experience in oil & gas. Strong understanding of HSE, technical execution, and UK regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in QA/QC processes and client-contractor relationship management. Offshore travel may be required.
