REPs Football is seeking a UEFA B qualified coach to lead a squad of ambitious young players at our upcoming residential camps. This is not a “babysitting” role; you will be delivering a high-performance syllabus designed to mirror a professional academy environment. Successful candidates may also be invited to lead a team at the Gothia World Youth Cup in Sweden (July 2026).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for players aged 10-14.
- Create, plan, and deliver specialist masterclass sessions (e.g., defending, finishing).
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Bring our coaching philosophy to life and build player confidence.
- Potential to travel with a team to the Gothia Cup in Sweden (all expenses paid).
Requirements
- UEFA B Licence (Required for lead coach).
- Current FA Enhanced DBS & Safeguarding certificates.
