Reprieve seeks a Head of Operations to oversee global operations, HR, facilities and IT systems across our UK and international offices. Based in London with a hybrid model, the role requires 40% time in the London office and availability to support security risk management outside hours.

The successful candidate will work with the Senior Management Team to ensure compliance and wellbeing across staff, fellows and partners, contributing to Reprieve’s mission to end the death penalty and abuses.
