Help Reprezent unite data across Mailchimp, Typeform, Google Sheets and Monday. com into a joined-up CRM.
Your expertise will help us track impact, strengthen funding applications and create more free training places for the 4,000+ young people on our waiting list.
What difference will you make?
Your work will have a direct and lasting impact on our ability to support young people.
At present, our fragmented data systems limit our ability to track participant journeys, measure long-term outcomes and demonstrate our impact to major funders.
This contributed to an unsuccessful £250,000 grant application, highlighting the need for stronger CRM and reporting systems.
By helping us create a joined-up, scalable approach to managing our data, you'll enable us to produce stronger evidence, make better-informed decisions and present a much clearer picture of the difference Reprezent makes, as well as smoothing out day-to-day operations.
The impact extends far beyond internal efficiency.
Better data will strengthen funding applications, help us secure more investment, and ultimately create more free training places for young people who face barriers to employment.
With more than 4,000 people currently on our waiting list, the improvements you make could help unlock opportunities for thousands of future beneficiaries.
You’ll also leave Reprezent with systems and processes that will continue delivering value long after the project is complete, providing a strong foundation for future digital transformation, automation and innovation across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving data and systems challenges and can see the bigger picture, rather than simply maintaining databases.
Experience and skills
- CRM implementation, administration or optimisation.
- Data management, data quality or data governance.
- Integrating information across multiple systems.
- Designing efficient workflows and business processes.
- Reporting, analytics and impact measurement.
- Automation tools and workflow integration (desirable).
Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Typeform, Monday. com, Google Sheets or similar CRM systems would be helpful, but we're more interested in your ability to design practical, scalable solutions than expertise with any specific software.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and make recommendations that are realistic for a growing charity to implement.
Most importantly, you'll be motivated by using your professional expertise to help more young people access life-changing opportunities.
Remote
What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to help transform the way Reprezent manages its data.
Reprezent has supported thousands of young people into employment and careers in the creative industries through media training, mentoring and London's only youth-led FM radio station.
As we've grown, our data has grown too - but across multiple disconnected systems.
Our communications are managed in Gmail and Mailchimp, applications are collected through Typeform, contact records sit in Google Sheets, and operational information is tracked in Monday. com.
While each system serves a purpose, they don't work together to give us a clear picture of each young person's journey or the data we need to demonstrate our impact.
We're looking for someone who can review our existing systems, understand how we work, and help us design a more joined-up and scalable approach.
Key responsibilities
- Reviewing our current CRM and data processes.
- Identifying duplication, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Designing a practical structure for managing contacts, learners, volunteers and alumni.
- Recommending how our existing systems can work together more effectively.
- Introducing sensible automation where appropriate.
- Helping us improve reporting so we can better evidence our impact to funders and stakeholders.
- Creating simple documentation and processes so the system remains sustainable.
We are not expecting you to build a bespoke CRM from scratch or necessarily replace our existing tools.
We are looking for someone with the experience to help us make the best use of what we already have and recommend where changes would have the greatest impact.
This is a project with genuine organisational influence. A stronger CRM will help us secure more funding, create more free training places, and support the
4,000+ young people currently waiting to access Reprezent's opportunities.
