With exciting launches each week across eCOM, Wholesale and Retail, an Inbound Executive plays a vital role in our future success. Based within our Bolton HQ you will be managing the flow of goods from the suppliers to our three warehouses and Retail locations. You will be the direct point of contact for the logistics provider and the warehouse partner, and ensure that the delivery schedule, packing instructions and inventory data are updated and aligned. You will also arrange stock transfers, shipments, and insurance claims when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Direct point of contact for our UK, EU and US 3PLs.
  • Direct point of contact for our freight forwarder working with vendor and their systems to ensure goods are ready to ensure efficient and effective shipping methods/lanes are used.
  • Updating delivery schedule weekly with production in transit, actual delivery dates and quantities, and reporting any discrepancies to the production team.
  • Creating and sending pre-advice notification to 3PL and ensuring over and shortages are communicated and managed efficiently.
  • Creating weekly report with any warehousing issues and reporting back to relevant teams.
  • Weekly catch up with merchandising team to ensure our 3PL’s (WMS) are aligned with our ERP stock master.
  • Monthly visit to UK and quarterly visit to Belgium warehouses to monitor operations and maintain a good relationship.
  • Onboarding new suppliers and ensuring SLAs and L&P standards are met to ensure stock can be made available for the customer as quickly as possible.
  • Ensuring warehouse is fully stocked with consumables, such as polys, shoe boxes, mailing bags, spare sunglasses boxes, jewellery boxes, and shipping boxes.
  • Updating warehouses with calendar for weekly drops and priority pre alerts.
  • Arranging stock transfers between warehouses and retail stores.
