As we continue to scale internationally, we are looking for a driven and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to own our paid media strategy and help fuel our next phase of growth.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for owning and driving Represent's performance marketing strategy across all paid channels. You will lead on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our DTC channels, working closely with the wider marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns that perform at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own and develop the global performance marketing strategy across all paid channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliates, and Programmatic.
- Set the roadmap for performance marketing in line with overall business growth targets.
- Work closely with your line manager and wider marketing team to align paid media investment with commercial objectives.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, industry trends, and emerging channels.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of all paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, maximising ROI and LTV across all markets.
- Own budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate — championing a data-led approach to campaign optimisation.
- Own performance marketing reporting, delivering clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Define and monitor key KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
- Work closely with the data and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate attribution and tracking across all channels.
- Stay ahead of changes to data privacy, tracking, and attribution (iOS updates, cookie deprecation etc.) and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Partner closely with the creative team to brief, develop, and test performance-driven creative assets.
- Ensure creative output is optimised for each platform and audience.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure landing pages, product pages, and the customer journey are optimised for conversion.
- Work with the US and international teams to tailor campaigns for key markets.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience in a senior performance marketing role, ideally within a DTC fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand.
- Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing significant budgets at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions.
- Experience working collaboratively across creative, e-commerce, and wider marketing functions.
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional level.
- Passionate about the Represent brand and the wider fashion and culture landscape.
- Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar).
- A strong communicator who can present performance insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Benefits
- 25 x days holiday per year (increasing with length of service) plus bank holidays.
- Company bonus scheme.
- Staff discount.
- £1,000 annual company gift card.
- On site gym with dedicated personal trainers.
- Electric vehicle scheme.
