Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily implementation and execution of our CRM channels and strategy; Email, SMS, App/Loyalty.
- Plan and schedule campaigns to align with our product launch calendar and wider marketing KPIs and strategy.
- Build and refine existing workflows & automations to maximise conversion and engagement.
- A/B testing and optimisation of subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation.
- Managing deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance (GDPR/PECR).
- Liaising and collaborating with the Digital and merchandising teams to help guide and plan the CRM strategy and sending schedules.
- Manage and maximise relationships with third‑party apps and software providers that fall under the CRM Manager's responsibility.
- Identify and keep up to date with key trends and emerging technologies to excel the brand's CRM and overall Email Marketing performance.
- Be involved in the management of our internal reporting and other Business Intelligence tools in order to build customer profiling that feeds into overall CRM strategy.
- Reporting and analysis of CRM and Email/SMS Marketing activity and performance to the wider Digital team and other senior brand stakeholders.

Your experience:
- Previous CRM experience.
- Proven experience in DTC Email & SMS Marketing within the fashion industry.
- Ometria or Klaviyo experience preferred.
- HTML knowledge is ideal.
