We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our London Retail Store team on a part time basis.
- Reporting to: Store Manager
- £15 per hour + monthly bonus up to 10%
Weekend and evening availability essential.
- What you'll be doing;
- -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal and effective service.
- -Making sure every cup of coffee is served with 100% perfection in milk texture, temperature and latte art presentation standards.
- -Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- -Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
- -Support on the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
- -Play an active part in elevating both our front and back of house spaces through relentless attention-to-detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
- -Use of store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.
Who You Are;
- -You are experienced in a customer-facing environment, and thrive on working as a team to create a memorable experience for everybody in your space.

- -You possess specialty coffee experience, including dialling-in, espresso taste profiles and knowledge of the coffee flavour wheel.
Advanced user experience of Mod Bar, La Marzocco espresso machines, or similar.
