Represent is a specialized video production studio creating high-impact content for innovative software companies. We partner with Silicon Valley startups to develop compelling YouTube content, tutorials, and product launch videos that elevate their brand presence and drive user engagement.
We are looking for an experienced Video Producer to lead our creative team and serve as the primary point of contact for our premium clients. This role sits at the intersection of client experience, our execution team (editors, designers, etc.) and creativity. As the face of Represent, you will regularly interact with CEOs, CMOs, and other stakeholders from leading tech companies. Your ability to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional video content will be essential to maintaining our reputation for premium service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Client Leadership
- Lead comprehensive onboarding and strategy sessions with clients
- Translate client objectives into actionable creative briefs for our production team
- Manage client relationships and serve as their dedicated point of contact
- Create and present monthly performance reports that demonstrate value
- Establish and maintain organized project documentation in Notion
- Develop and monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Proactively manage client expectations throughout the production process
- Advocate for team needs while balancing client priorities
- Production Oversight
- Coordinate our network of creators, editors, and designers
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of all deliverables
- Manage content boards and production calendars
- Oversee video publishing and optimization
- Creative Direction
- Conduct in-depth research into each client's industry, competitors, and audience
- Develop distinctive content strategies that differentiate clients on YouTube
- Create compelling video packaging including titles, thumbnail concepts, and descriptions
