We're looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Manchester Retail Store team.
Reporting to: Store Manager.
£13.50 per hour + monthly bonus up to 10%.
Part‑time position (7.5 hours pw). Weekend and evening availability essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal and effective service.
- Be a standout ambassador for Represent by maintaining an expert level of product and brand knowledge.
- Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
- Support on the delivery and execution of store events, from 1‑1 appointments to large‑scale community events.
- Play an active part in elevating both our front and back of house spaces through relentless attention‑to‑detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
- Use of store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.
