Account Director – Design-Focused PR Agency
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (9 am–5 pm, Mon–Fri) or four days a week
Location: 3 days in-office (Barbican, London), 2 days remote

About the Agency
My client is a leading PR agency specialising in the design industry, partnering with some of the world’s most innovative creative agencies. They excel in amplifying their clients’ profiles globally, whether securing features in Creative Review, publishing thought leadership in Fast Company, or arranging keynote appearances at top design conferences.
With a growing London office they are now seeking a skilled Account Director to oversee key accounts and lead a small but dynamic team.
The Role
As Account Director, you’ll take the lead on 6–8 accounts, managing relationships with some of the most respected brand design agencies in London. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you’ll oversee:
• Client campaigns, onboarding, and six-monthly reviews
• Developing compelling media stories and providing senior PR counsel
• Managing and mentoring a team of two Account Executives and an Editorial Consultant
• Ensuring account profitability through effective budget management
• Contributing to agency culture and reputation
