We are working with an arts brand that has grown fast and earned real cultural credit to find a Senior Designer who is as comfortable reading performance data as they are making something beautiful.
Brand taste and commercial output in equal measure, the work is judged on what it drives, not just how it looks.
The output spans paid social, on-site, email and campaign assets, all moving at pace on a weekly test and learn cycle.
You will concept, design, launch and iterate, bringing your own ideas rather than waiting for direction, and reading performance to inform what comes next.
You will be fluent in performance creative, systematic by default, and someone who brings ideas rather than waiting for a brief.
A background in paid social, D2C or fast-paced e-commerce is important.
Motion or video skills are a bonus.
You should be solid in Figma and Adobe, and genuinely curious about how AI tools can sharpen your output.
Hybrid, in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So you have to be London-based.
