We\’re Hiring: AI Agent Developer / Automation Engineer
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time or Contract
Experienced in building AI agents, smart workflows, or automation tools
About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and innovative AI Agent Developer to help us build task-specific AI agents to automate everything from SEO proposals to lead generation, content creation, and more.
You will work closely with our core team to develop internal AI-powered systems that use language models, custom workflows, and data pipelines, tools that get things done without human intervention.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and deploy AI agents for specific business tasks (e.g., SEO audits, lead scraping, proposal generation).
- Automate workflows using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or custom scripts.
- Set up data collection pipelines (e.g., scrape, clean, store, and use in vector databases).
- Collaborate with the founder to design smart agents that operate independently.
- Solid understanding of AI agents, LangChain, GPT-4/4o APIs, embeddings, etc.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and retrieval-based systems.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
- Knowledge of Python, APIs, and automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Bubble/Airtable.
- Bonus: Experience with autonomous agents (Auto-GPT, AgentGPT, BabyAGI).
- Ability to create minimal dashboards or UIs (Streamlit, React, or no-code tools).
