Overview
You will design, build and deploy robust AI applications for enterprise clients, translating business needs into production-ready AI solutions. You own the full lifecycle from discovery to production handover, blending software engineering with applied AI to deliver secure, scalable systems. You’ll work with stakeholders, lead technical delivery, and ensure reliability, security and cost efficiency for enterprise deployments. This role combines hands-on engineering with client-facing leadership in a fast, quality-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to translate business needs into production-ready AI solutions
- Design, develop and integrate AI apps with enterprise data sources, APIs and existing systems
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from prototype to production, testing and release
- Implement AI evaluation, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring
- Troubleshoot production issues and iterate based on metrics and feedback
- Ensure security, compliance, scalability, performance and cost efficiency
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team
- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a track record of production-grade applications
- Hands-on AI engineer with practical model integration into products (RAG, tool calling, agent workflows)
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript or similar languages
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, containers and CI/CD
- Ownership across deployment, monitoring, incident handling and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and drive solutions to completion
- Strong understanding of security, data privacy and enterprise reliability and cost considerations
- Prior consulting or client-facing engineering experience (beneficial)
