Role Overview: As a Senior Account Manager at Threepipe Reply, you will lead the day-to-day management and growth of a major employer brand/recruitment marketing client in a highly regulated market. Sitting within the creative team and working closely with paid media specialists, you will coordinate multi-channel campaigns spanning employer brand strategy, creative development, paid and organic social, community management, social listening and reporting. You will act as the key client contact, ensuring all work is strategically aligned, on brief, and delivered to a high standard across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a major employer brand/recruitment marketing account, acting as a key client contact and driving account growth.
- Coordinate multiple creative, social and paid media workstreams, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, approvals and dependencies are clearly tracked and met.
- Translate client briefs and feedback into clear internal briefs for designers, copywriters, strategists, animators, editors and other specialists.
- Collaborate with paid media specialists to shape campaign briefs and ensure creative assets are optimised and fit for purpose across LinkedIn, Meta and other paid and organic social platforms.
- Oversee the delivery of employer brand strategy, creative campaigns, community management, social listening, reporting and market activation activity.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, governance and compliance when working with a highly regulated client and employer brand.
- Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, invoicing, supplier relationships and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Proactively identify and flag risks, resolve issues and keep internal and client stakeholders aligned when priorities shift.
About the Candidate:
- 4–6 years’ experience in a creative or integrated agency in a client-facing account management role, ideally with exposure to employer brand or recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social media channels (particularly LinkedIn and Meta) and how creative assets should flex across formats and platforms.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, budgets, reporting and supplier coordination.
- Confident in briefing and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (designers, copywriters, strategists, animators, editors and other specialists).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Highly organised and structured, with a strong focus on accuracy, governance and working within the constraints of a highly regulated environment.
- Willing and able to work from our London Victoria office three days per week, with flexibility to travel for client meetings or key internal sessions when required.
