Role overview:

As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll be instrumental in helping our clients make the most of their Salesforce platform. You'll manage stakeholder relationships and you will learn how to run change management projects within an agile framework. At Arlanis Reply, you'll support the design & implementation of Salesforce technology on some of the most prestigious brands in the world, especially in the automotive sector. This role will help you understand Salesforce system architecture and you'll gain deep knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Reply are well-known for their culture of continual learning which will allow you to achieve multiple Salesforce certifications and become a Salesforce Trailhead Ranger.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll support clients with their existing Salesforce implementations
  • Salesforce configuration and developing best practices
  • Gathering requirements and building technical solutions
  • You’ll own and manage our clients’ support and change requests through to resolution

About the candidate:

  • You have achieved a min 2.1 Bachelor's degree in computing, IT or in a business-related field
  • At least 2 years' work experience in Salesforce, ideally in a client-facing capacity
  • You can demonstrate excellent presentation, problem solving, negotiating and persuasion skills
  • Empathizing with customers and providing solutions that meet their needs are among your core strengths
  • You possess deep knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and are eager to progress as a Salesforce Developer or Architect
  • You have already completed your Salesforce Administrator certification and are an avid learner on Trailhead
