As a Robotics Technician, you will ensure robotic platforms are operational, support testing and demonstrations, and enable the engineering team to focus on development activities. You will work within a small team of engineers, technicians, and consultants, contributing to proof‑of‑concept delivery, client engagements, and the development of testing capabilities. This is a highly field‑based role, requiring regular work outdoors, on client sites, and at testing grounds in real and sometimes challenging conditions. You will help establish testing environments and support early projects, with opportunities to progress into robotics software engineering, testing and regulatory specialisation, or training and on‑site support based on your development.
This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in building the team and defining the technical direction, working at the core of product development to create the autonomy stack that underpins the offering, supported by the stability and network of the Reply Group. You will deliver cross‑sector impact across industries such as agriculture, construction, defence, energy, and facilities management, working on real‑world robotics in outdoor, unstructured environments solving real problems. This is a hybrid‑based role with regular field testing at outdoor sites.
