Role overview

As a Project Manager at Reply, you will lead the delivery of high‑impact Microsoft projects for some of the world’s most recognised brands, planning, coordinating and controlling work across multiple streams.

You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements, working closely with consultants, developers, change specialists and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Operating within a collaborative, people‑first consultancy, you will own day‑to‑day project health, champion governance and continuous improvement, and help identify new opportunities for Reply to add value.

This role offers exposure to modern Microsoft technologies, agile delivery and senior client environments, with strong support for your growth within our Project Management community.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, resource and deliver Microsoft-focused projects across a portfolio of clients, ensuring outcomes align to agreed scope, timelines, quality and budget.
  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, change specialists) by creating clear roles, responsibilities and priorities.
  • Own and maintain core project documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, RAID logs, RACI models and meeting outputs.
  • Proactively manage project health, risks, dependencies and client expectations throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery leads to resolve issues, remove blockers and keep momentum high.
  • Support and run governance activities such as steering committees, working groups and senior stakeholder updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO standards, templates and delivery methodologies within Reply.
  • Identify and help land opportunities for further collaboration with clients, while mentoring and supporting junior Project Managers.

About the candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role, ideally within a consultancy, agency or technology environment.
  • Pragmatic problem solver with strong ownership, follow‑through and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in parallel.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior clients.
  • Curious about technology and enthusiastic about delivering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot or digital workplace projects that drive real business value.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies; Prince2 and SCRUM/Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and Planner to plan, track and report on project delivery.
  • Interest in business development and contributing to wider practice growth, including mentoring junior Project Managers.
