Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Paid Media team, with strong expertise in LinkedIn and Meta campaigns and the confidence to manage client interactions independently. This role offers a balance of hands-on campaign execution and client-facing responsibility, where you will own the day-to-day activation and management of paid social activity while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. The majority of your work (~70%) will be dedicated to a PMI/PMP client, requiring a high level of precision, proactivity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, with the remainder supporting additional accounts across the team. This position is well-suited to someone with two to three years of paid media experience who is confident across platforms and ready to take on greater ownership and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring strong performance and efficiency.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and launch through to optimisation with minimal oversight.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimising bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, identifying pacing issues early and recommending reallocations.
- Act as a key day-to-day client contact, leading calls and presenting performance updates clearly and confidently.
- Translate client briefs into actionable campaign plans and build strong, professional stakeholder relationships.
- Produce performance reports with clear insights and recommendations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, support junior colleagues, and stay up to date with platform developments and industry trends.
About the Candidate:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a paid media role (agency or in-house), with strong hands-on delivery across campaigns.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn paid campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, audience targeting) and Meta campaigns.
- Confident communicator with experience leading or contributing to client interactions, including presentations and calls.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and platforms (e.g. native dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio) and advanced use of Excel/PowerPoint.
- Highly organised and self-sufficient, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a logical approach to troubleshooting and a focus on continuous improvement, including use of AI tools.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to research and identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Experience working on B2B campaigns (particularly LinkedIn), familiarity with paid search (Google Ads), exposure to regulated sectors (e.g. financial services or FMCG), and understanding of tracking fundamentals such as UTMs, pixels, and conversion events is desirable.
