Responsibilities:

  • Receive support from senior UX designers and the wider team, while also taking ownership of projects and developing quickly.
  • Identify user pain points and contribute to effective UX solutions that enhance journeys and experiences.
  • Apply UX methodologies such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability feedback to address design challenges.
  • Contribute to UI design in Figma, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility (WCAG standards), and brand alignment.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by anticipating end-user needs and suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers, project teams, and other designers to implement and refine solutions.
  • Assist in managing client communication and project updates, building skills in client relationship management.
  • Work closely with senior UX designers to achieve team goals, maintain design quality, and enhance design processes.

About the Candidate:

  • You’re pursuing a degree in Design, Business, IT, or a related subject.
  • Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design work.
  • Shows a genuine passion for UX/UI and user-centred design principles.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with enthusiasm for tackling real-world design challenges.
  • Comfortable with the fundamentals of both UX and UI design.
  • Interested in developing skills in research, interaction design, prototyping, and/or AI-powered design tools.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving their craft.
  • Excited to grow and contribute within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
