Role Overview: As a Graduate Technology Consultant at Retail Reply, you will support the development and implementation of innovative retail technology solutions. Working with experienced teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in areas like data analytics, digital transformation, and e-commerce, helping clients improve their digital capabilities and customer experiences. This role offers a valuable opportunity to kick-start your career in retail technology consulting and develop your technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting our clients to stay at the forefront of technology by helping them optimise their digital strategies and solving real technology challenges.
- Analysing our clients' business operating models and help identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in creating high-level and low-level design specifications for digital solutions.
- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional designs and detailed strategic roadmaps.
- Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
- To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
About the candidate:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) is required in Computer Science, IT, or in a Technology-related field.
- A passion for the intersection between technology and business.
- Excellent communications skills.
- A passion for solving business problems using emerging technology.
- Flexibility in regards to local and international travel.
- Flexible attitude toward working across different projects in different sectors.
- No previous work experience is required, but rather a strong education and a hunger to learn.
