Role Overview
As a Consultant Analyst, you will operate in a hybrid role combining business analysis, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and structured delivery support. You will quickly develop an understanding of organisational contexts, identify key problems and opportunities, and translate ambiguous information into clear, actionable outputs. You will bring strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and confidence in stakeholder interactions, while leveraging modern AI‑enabled tools to enhance the speed and quality of your work. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to delivering client outcomes and solving real‑world problems.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of client organisations, operating models, processes, and strategic objectives

- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments and managing multiple workstreams and priorities
- Strong digital literacy, with experience using AI tools and integrating them into day‑to‑day workflows

- Experience designing operating models and creating structured, client‑ready deliverables would be beneficial
