Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply delivers consulting, system integration and digital services to organisations across the telecom and media; industry and services; banking and insurance; and public sectors.
Role Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist who is ready to make the transition into a Business Partnering role. We established our HR Business Partnering model 2 years ago, and it has had a real impact on the UK business, but we are keen to continue evolving our offering and increasing the value we can add. Itβs important to note that the HR team in Reply, while working in a Business Partnering model, adopt a hands-on approach. This means you will support improvements across HR, including operational tasks, and contribute to some operational processes. This is a London based role. We work a hybrid model, with each of us spending 10 days a month in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs of the companies that you support, diagnose issues, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Manage relationships between the companies and the HR Operations and Recruitment Functions to ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.
- Handle employee relations cases independently, providing employment law or policy advice.
- Review key metrics such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, absence data, attrition rates etc. to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Coach and advise line managers on HR policies and best practices and provide training inputs to develop people management skills and improve confidence with HR issues.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, restructures, and change management projects.
- Enhance the overall employee experience and lifecycle, including supporting the UK benefits strategy and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop training programs, policies, templates, and manager toolkits.
- Support projects like apprenticeships programme, graduate onboarding, skills gap analysis, and changes to HR tools and technologies to integrate AI and increase recognition.
About the candidate:
- Several yearsβ experience as an HR generalist in a commercial setting.
- Ideally experience in a Consultancy or other complex matrix environment, although this is strictly a nice to have.
- CIPD Level 7 or working towards.
- Employee Relations Experience β the ability to lead the whole range of ER cases from Parental leave to Probation, Exit Interviews, Absence & Performance Management, Grievance & Disciplinary to Redundancy / Restructuring and TUPE.
- Employment Law and Policy advisory.
- Senior Stakeholder Management β experience supporting a range of stakeholders with diverse needs and ways of working.
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail and organisation.
- Experience in developing training, policies, templates, and manager toolkits.
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
