Role Overview:
As a Technology Consultant, you will support our clients in staying at the forefront of technology by helping optimize their digital strategies and solving real technology challenges. You will analyze clients\’ business operating models and identify areas for improvement. Reply offers extensive training opportunities, including industry certifications, peer-to-peer learning, Hackathons, Code Challenges, and Lab Camps. We encourage rapid career growth and will provide the tools and guidance to develop subject matter expertise and management capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Collect, understand, and transmit business requirements for projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and strategic roadmaps.
- Assist in creating high-level and low-level design specifications for digital solutions.
- Document workflows and results of business analysis.
- Obtain sign-off from clients on project specifications.
- Serve as the link between the customer, the development team, and third parties regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
About the Candidate:
- A minimum Bachelor\’s degree (2.1 or above) in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related technology field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for solving business problems using emerging technology.
- Flexibility regarding local and international travel.
- Adaptability to work across different projects and sectors.
