Role overview:
As a Graduate Software Developer, you will dive into the world of the Power Platform learning all about its use cases, limitations and benefits. You will learn about the full development lifecycle within WM Reply and how to develop solutions to be used by enterprise-level companies. You are going to be developing your design and Power Platform applications, including Canvas apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI. Throughout the role at WM Reply you will also hone your skills in a range of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, Azure, and M365 including Copilot. This position will be located in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in full development lifecycles building and developing solutions to be used by enterprise-level companies
- Utilise the entire Power Platform suite for its use cases as well as understand the benefits and limitations of the suite
- Extend and Customise the Power Platform while writing and maintaining/reviewing clean, secure code for low code/no code solutions
- Designing and developing Power Platform applications, including Canvas apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI
- Creating and managing ALM pipelines for Power Platform
- Building expertise of other Microsoft techs, such as SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, Azure, and M365 including Copilot
About the candidate:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) is required in Computer Science, IT, or in a Technology-related field
- Knowledge of C# and JavaScript, a working understanding of React is a bonus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Some prior work experience is beneficial in the form of a placement year or internship
