As a Graduate Cybersecurity Consultant, you will join Reply's Cybersecurity Practice as a curious, motivated, and passionate early‑career professional. This role focuses on your mindset and approach to problem‑solving, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real client engagements from day one. You will develop your skills through hands‑on challenges, structured learning paths, and an innovation‑first culture. Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects across cloud security, Zero Trust architectures, and DevSecOps practices
  • Support the design and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM, CIAM) solutions and data protection initiatives
  • Work alongside Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) teams, contributing to threat intelligence, vulnerability assessments, and testing activities
  • Support incident response activities and help strengthen client defence capabilities
  • Assist with SIEM configuration, monitoring, and optimisation, including log pipelines, correlation rules, and alert triage
  • Contribute to securing multi‑cloud environments using CNAPP, supporting CSPM, CWPP, and security benchmarking
  • Participate in network security assessments and architecture reviews, gaining exposure to firewalls, segmentation, and IDS/IPS
  • Support cybersecurity risk, governance, and compliance initiatives aligned to frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and ISO 27001

About the Candidate

  • Currently studying a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, with an interest in understanding how systems work and how they can be exploited
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in team‑driven environments
  • Results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to manage time effectively and deliver in fast‑paced settings
  • Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working across varied projects and changing requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally

  • Exposure to networking and infrastructure concepts such as TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols would be advantageous

  • Interest or experience in areas such as ethical hacking (CTFs), security labs, or awareness of OT/IoT concepts would be advantageous
