  • Collaborate with business, solution, and data architecture teams to ensure propositions are integrated, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Lead and contribute to bids, sales opportunities, and partnership development, supporting strategic account growth and wider business development activities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contribute to capability development, thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and recruitment.

About the Candidate:

  • Significant experience leading enterprise architecture, strategy, and transformation advisory initiatives within a consultancy or financial services environment.
  • Strong EA consulting skills, with the ability to lead workstreams and deliver high-quality architecture outputs.
  • Balanced knowledge across enterprise architecture domains, including strategy, business architecture, cloud, platforms, integration, and modern technology environments.

  • Confident communicator, able to translate complex architecture into clear, structured, and business-friendly outputs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously, manage client expectations, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Collaborative and self-motivated, with consulting maturity, a passion for continuous learning, and understanding of proposition development, sales, and thought leadership.
