In this role, you will lead key functions including data design and modelling, data governance and assurance, information analytics, and the development of data science capabilities. You’ll play a key role in delivering product-centric solutions to our clients, through the management of customers and generating new business development opportunities. You will be providing expert client-side consultancy, mentoring, design authority for project delivery, or acting as a “trusted advisor” and/or “subject matter expert” to clients and internal teams. Your relationships will span from CxO management level through to program management, project development, and support teams. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and performance management while championing the value of data Define and implement Glue Reply’s data strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring robust data governance for quality and compliance Provide technical leadership in BI development, data design, governance, and program execution, ensuring successful data initiative delivery Develop and grow the Data Analytics and AI function at Glue and assist in the development of Glue Reply’s intellectual property by working as part of a multidisciplinary team using appropriate frameworks Build strong stakeholder relationships to position data as a core asset and foster cross-functional collaboration for strategic outcomes Manage business development activities within a client; support/manage the delivery of proposals through shaping and designing solution architectures/strategies for Glue Reply; manage long-term business relationships and accounts About the candidate: Bachelor\’s degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science, Technology-related, or Business/Management-related fields 8+ years in technology consulting, including product delivery, data expertise, and knowledge of solutions like security, data management, and cloud Proficient in BI, data design, analytics, reporting, and data quality management, with strong governance and compliance knowledge Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations Expertise in enterprise architecture, development best practices, and quick decision-making based on complex data analysis Proven track record of leading and supporting business development opportunities that are architecture-led and leverage Glue IP You have a proven track record with people management aimed at motivating and developing a team and their capabilities Demonstrates and maintains broad knowledge of technology solutions, current trends, and techniques, actively communicating new technology developments Reply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
