Role overview:
As a Senior Workfront Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering expert-level consulting, implementation, and technical solutions for clients using Adobe Workfront. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and project management skills to optimize workflows, automate processes, and drive successful Workfront implementations. As part of a growing consultancy, you will be hands-on, strategic, and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop Adobe Workfront solutions by conducting discovery sessions, facilitating design and validation workshops, and documenting business requirements
  • Provide strategic and system-level consulting to align Workfront implementation with business goals, recommending best practices for configuration of Workfront environments, including object structures, user management, ashboards, and reporting, ensuring alignment with client processes and requirements
  • Oversee integrations with third-party applications using Workfront Fusion and APIs by designing, developing, and maintaining automation scenarios, while continuously monitoring and troubleshooting to improve efficiency and performance
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps, provide guidance on change management, adoption strategies, and training to maximise solution effectiveness
  • Assist in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for innovation
  • Attend conferences, run demos, host networking events, and optionally speak at events

About the candidate:

  • An educational background in a Technology, Business, Management-related field
  • Adobe Workfront Core Expert and/or Fusion Certified, with 3+ years of Workfront implementation and consulting experience, including automation and integration using Workfront Fusion
  • Strong background in digital transformation, markeying operations, creative production, IT consulting, or project management, with deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront's capabilities, configuration, and best practices
  • Proven track record in process optimisation, workflow design, business transformation, and mapping operational requirements to technical solutions, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, complemented by strong interpersonal and stakeholder mangement abilities
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, training workshops, ad driving change management initiatives, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Workfront API, including the ability to use custom API calls, as well as native connectors and integrations with Adobe and third-party platforms is beneficial
  • Experience designing scalable automation and integration solutions in Fusion, adhering to guardrails is beneficial
