Working at the intersection of people, process, and technology, you will lead business process enhancements, conduct detailed analysis, define requirements, and oversee testing, training, and business readiness to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives. You will own the people side of change, planning and executing change management strategies in line with client methodologies and governance, leveraging frameworks such as ADKAR to build awareness, foster adoption, and embed sustainable change. Combining consultancy expertise with innovative digital thinking, you will shape initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value, while supporting the growth of Glue Reply through thought leadership and stakeholder engagement.
