Role overview:
As an Integration Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using the Azure Integration Services suite, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Function Apps. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver robust integration solutions.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the long-term growth of the team. Career progression towards technical architecture and leadership roles is encouraged.
While prior experience with BizTalk and Azure Data Factory is advantageous, it is not required. A background in C# (.NET) or Java development is preferred.
This is a customer-facing role, so strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are essential. You should be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Work with API Management to expose and secure APIs.
- Develop event-driven architectures using Service Bus and Event Grid.
- Implement Logic Apps and Function Apps to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Document technical solutions and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
About the candidate:
We are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer with a background in Azure Integration Services and C# (.NET) or Java development. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, self-sufficient, and proactive, with the ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot integration solutions. Experience with Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid is required, while knowledge of BizTalk, Azure Data Factory, and integration frameworks is beneficial.
