Role Overview:

As an AI Innovation Builder, you will help transform how the team at Reply UK delivers its activities by turning ideas into practical, AI-driven solutions. You will work across technology, experimentation, and execution, contributing to internal tools, AI-powered workflows, events, and content initiatives. Operating within a small, versatile team, you will take a flexible, hands-on approach, supporting a wide range of activities from building applications and automations to enabling new ways of working. This role is suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys exploring emerging technologies, and is motivated to drive innovation across marketing and business enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and evolve internal tools, applications, and AI-powered solutions
  • Develop AI-native workflows using agentic approaches and modern AI ecosystems
  • Work with MCP tools and emerging AI technologies to deliver innovative capabilities
  • Design and develop solutions end-to-end, from concept through to working product
  • Create prototypes, accelerators, and new capabilities to support team innovation
  • Explore new tools and technologies, assessing their value and applicability
  • Support the transformation of manual activities into AI-enabled processes
  • Contribute to content creation and communication initiatives where required
  • Support the organisation and delivery of internal and external events, while helping the team adopt new ways of working

About the Candidate:

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience, with a strong builder mindset and hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable working across multiple layers of a solution, rather than specialising in a single area
  • Experience with modern front-end technologies and interest in AI-native development approaches
  • Familiarity with agentic systems, MCP tools, and the broader AI ecosystem
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and operate effectively in fast-changing environments
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to contribute across a wide range of activities based on team priorities
  • Ability to design and build solutions that are both functional and well-presented, with attention to usability
  • Comfortable using modern design and productivity tools where required
  • Experience building internal tools or digital products, as well as automation and orchestration frameworks would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Figma), experimentation with AI platforms, and experience with side projects or prototypes would be beneficial
