Role Overview: You'll be building prototypes, leading discovery, delivering solutions and evaluating new tools and ways of working to ensure that we are offering the best solutions to our clients and are capable of delivering to consistently high standards. We are looking for someone who is a highly skilled AI expert with deep knowledge of generative AI, capable of building prototypes and developing client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Discovery and Spike stories: Work with delivery managers and Business Analysts to understand and resolve the most difficult challenges of the project in advance of delivery starting at pace.
• Prototype Development: Design, develop, and iterate AI prototypes to demonstrate the capabilities of generative AI models for potential clients, tailoring solutions to specific industry use cases.
• Client Consultation and Technical Support: Collaborate with client leads to understand client needs, provide technical insights, and recommend AI-driven solutions to meet business goals.
• Technology Evaluation and Integration: Assess and integrate cutting-edge AI tools, platforms, and models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion) into workflows to deliver proof-of-concept solutions for client projects.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines for AI implementations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business consultants, AI specialists, and sales teams to ensure alignment between technical prototypes and client requirements, driving successful pitches.

About the candidate:

• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, as well as other relevant programming languages.
• Hands-on experience in AI engineering, including model development, training, and deployment.
• Experience working with RAG models and understanding their applications in AI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data engineering and data pipelines.
• A passion for AI and a desire to drive innovation.
