AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant

Role Overview

As an AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant, you will support the delivery of AI enablement and adoption initiatives for our clients, spending much of your time presenting to groups and facilitating interactive sessions. You will demonstrate how AI tools can be applied in real workplace scenarios, using established materials and clear delivery guidance. While you are not expected to be an AI expert from the start, you will receive close mentoring and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.

Responsibilities

• Present to groups in both in‑person and virtual settings.
• Facilitate interactive sessions introducing AI concepts, use cases, and practical examples.
• Demonstrate AI tools (such as ChatGPT) live, showcasing practical workplace applications.
• Support and eventually lead the delivery of established AI enablement programmes.
• Act as a confident and approachable presence for clients, encouraging experimentation with AI.
• Support drop‑in sessions and clinics, guiding users as they explore AI in a safe environment.
• Gather feedback from sessions and contribute to improving materials and delivery methods.
• Gain exposure to wider consulting activities, including client discovery, adoption planning, and internal capability development.

About the Candidate

• 1–4 years’ experience in a professional role, preferably in client‑facing, communication‑heavy, or delivery‑focused environments.
• Confident presenting to groups and speaking in front of others, both in person and online.
• Experience explaining or demonstrating tools, processes, or ideas to audiences.
• Ability to guide individuals through new ways of working in a clear and practical manner.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining concepts simply and effectively.
• Holds a university degree (any discipline) or possesses equivalent professional experience.
• Genuine interest in AI and curiosity about the impact of tools like ChatGPT on the workplace.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop expertise in emerging AI technologies.
