As an Account Manager at Avvio Reply, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring that client expectations are met with creativity and efficiency. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and keeping projects on track within budget and deadlines. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you\’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage, and deliver projects from initial brief to final delivery
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, keeping them informed and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Work closely with the Senior Account Manager or Account Director, while also managing projects independently
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing workloads and meeting tight deadlines
- Develop project proposals, including costings, and ensure clarity and transparency
- Monitor project costs against budget, manage purchase orders (POs), and handle invoicing
About the candidate:
- Ideally you will be degree educated or have relevant agency experience
- Energetic team player, enthusiastic, and able to hit the ground running
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and teams
- Creative thinker with an open mind to new technologies and innovative ways of working
- Organized, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
- Ambitious, driven to learn, and eager to develop within the agency environment
- Reliable, committed, and able to act as a safe pair of hands for clients and internal teams
